Win an coffee machine for your
bookshop!
We have two espresso/cappuccino makers up for grabs for the best Macmillan Dictionary bookshop displays in 2008.
These will be given to two bookshops that set up the best window or in-store display featuring Macmillan dictionaries, or promote Macmillan dictionaries in the most innovative way.
How to enter
Send one or more photos of your display by email to your local Macmillan office or representative, or to dictionary@macmillan.com.

Deadline
There are two deadlines:
All photographs received by 30th June 2008 will be judged together in phase 1. All photographs received between 1st July and 31st December 2008 will be judged together in phase 2.
A coffee machine will be awarded to the winner of each phase.
Terms and conditions
- The closing date for this competition is 31st December 2008, with a first phase deadline of 30th June 2008.
- The winning bookshop from phase one will be notified by 1st August 2008, and the winning bookshop from phase two will be notified by 1st February 2009.
- The competition is open to booksellers worldwide, but not to employees of Macmillan Publishers Limited, its subsidiary companies or their families.
- The same bookseller cannot win both prizes, but can submit photographs to both phases, as long as they are of a different display or promotion.
- Macmillan Publishers Limited reserves the right to change the prize to one of equal value, should the prize illustrated become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. The prize is not redeemable or transferable for cash.The prize will be delivered to the winning school via a means determined by Macmillan Publishers Limited.
- Macmillan Publishers Limited accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged. Proof of postage or submission shall not be proof of receipt.
- The winners will be chosen from all photographs received before the two closing dates by a panel of judges at Macmillan Education, Oxford. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Macmillan Publishers Limited reserves the right to use the photographs received in future publicity materials and on the website.
