Headword Hangman
To accompany the brand new dictation downloads, the Macmillan Dictionary website has language game to test your knowledge of a few of the 7,500 most important words in the English Language - the 'red' words in the Macmillan English Dictionary.
To play Headword Hangman, all you have to do is read the definition provided at each level of the game and guess which letters fill in the gaps to complete the word.
But be careful - you only get 9 guesses!
There are 3 levels to this game, so simply proceed to the next stage once you have solved the puzzle.
This month, the theme of this activity is the word 'cooperation', and it is linked to this dictation about some of the more bizarre activities that class as extreme sports.
